We have 6 pocket-coaches to choose from:

Each Pocket-Coach comes with 1 training plan, except the Pocket-Coach Ultimate, which comes with 5 training plans.
Training plans last 12-15 weeks and use varying training splits and exercises to keep things fresh! You can adjust your exercises using our drop down lists within your plans. Demonstration videos are included.
It takes around 1 year to complete 4x BODY365 training plans, so if you're wanting to fill an entire year, you could purchase 4x different Pocket-Coaches throughout the year. Alternatively you could purchase the Pocket-Coach Ultimate and you'll have 5 training plans to choose from as you move through your training year.
